Straightforward, useful insights!
This is the best startup-focused book on HR you can can find. Book focuses on the importance of having plan (even if imperfect), ruthless prioritization (master the basics, avoid the distractors), and knowing when to adapt. Audiobook is solid, but figures and references are also quite helpful.
