This audio book actually helped me. It doesn't take the usual head-on approach of "just do it" (which doesn't really work anyway, in my opinion) but really goes to the heart of the problem, and shows a few simple habits that you can implement to fend off your procrastination patterns.

EASY - easy to list, easy to understand
EASY - easy to list, easy to understand. I selected the book based on the title and found it speaks to the most common problems when procrastinating - including wanting more and more info about stuff and then not doing anything. BUT Werner provides simple, actionable steps in an easy to listen, conversational style. I have since listened to many of his books and really enjoy all of them.
