Love this book. Love the examples

I feel like this book was written for me. I love how examples are given, so if I was unsure how to apply the technique by the direction given. I have realistic examples that relate to my experiences.

No fluff, pure value

Like many great ideas, a lot of what’s expressed in this book is simple and sounds obvious once you’ve heard it.
However, it provides the structure and techniques to begin speaking to manage your inner voice and speak yourself in a healthy way. I love it.

The length of the book also felt very appropriate.
There certainly could be more in depth in some areas, but managing how you speak to yourself is ultimately up to you, so I feel the author did a great job managing the level of detail.

How to Be Your Own Best Friend

This book, in a nutshell, teaches you to go from being your own worst enemy to being your own best friend. It's so easy to trash yourself for things that are not a big deal, or just you being human.

Bolstering your self-esteem is so important in getting things done, holding a positive attitude throughout the day, avoiding bad habits like drinking to feel better, and overall well being.

For less than a two hour commitment, you can learn be your own best friend again, and turn off that negative voice in your head. Highly recommended for great self-esteem. I got a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Practising mindfulness made easy

I love how the narrator describe the state of our mind when it comes to being positive & negative. What I need to do now is to repeat this back to jot down some pertinent notes. Awesome content 👍
