You have the opportunity to lead: to show up with confidence, connected to others, and committed to a purpose in a way that inspires others to follow. Maybe it's in your workplace, or in your relationships, or simply in your own life. But great leadership - leadership that aligns teams, inspires action, and achieves results - is hard. And what makes it hard isn't theoretical, it's practical. It's not about knowing what to say or do. It's about whether you're willing to experience the discomfort, risk, and uncertainty of saying or doing it.

toolbox in my pocket
Rita has put together a wonderful set of practical tools for bringing positivity to our work, making us more effective and increasing our job satisfaction. But, perhaps more importantly, allowing us to gain a greater sense of our potential and impact. I listened through once then flagged specific sections to revisit so I can dig deeper with the thought provoking questions. For me, it was Elevate, Jubilant, Play, Serve and Visionary. I'm always looking for ways to enhance my journaling. These quick 2-3 min sections are a great supplement to my journal practice.
