Good leadership fundamentals refresher…

Quick read and listen. Helpful reminders of proven leadership methods that work. A great new leader primer but equally helpful as reminder that we can always improve.

Life changing

I've had many leaders in life coming from a sports background. Then becoming a warehouse manager for 20 years and now an entrepreneur in a financial field. I'm always striving to become the best leader I can be for my agency and this book definitely gave me more key points than any book I've read before! I've read it twice and will read it again in a few months to remind me of all the good qualities leaders have and the steps they take to develop their teams.
