About this listen

Now available in audio!

At last, Atlas City! Time to put our feet up and enjoy that urban life. You know, some good food, a bar brawl or two, beating up assassins, intervening in politics, solving a kidnapping... Wait, what?! No! This sounds like work! Great, and now we’ve got demons stalking us and spike-shooting wolves pouring in through the windows! Guess I’ll have to clean up this mess before I get my R&R...

the second book does a great job continuing lina and gourry's adventures after their clutch victory over a piece of the dark lord

amazing and fun sword and sorcery

I was getting worried they wouldn't continue the audiobooks, but I'm so happy that they did. Lisa Ortiz is a legend. The story is fun and quirky and as a fan of the anime it's great to see the world fleshed out. FMA chimera scene ain't got nothing on this volume

It's great to have Lisa back!

The original version of the arc that we didn’t see till the Next anime is a good deal darker and better than the anime adaptation. Once again Lisa Ortiz turns in a masterful performance.

Awesome

I really enjoy the campy mood of these books. It is easy to see why they continue to be popular. My only complaint is the length. The publisher should really bundle at least two of these together at a time for the audiobook version. I'm sure they are missing out on a ton of sales because of people passing over these due to the length.

Light-hearted Fun

My favorite series by the voice I first associated with Lina Inverse. Thanks for releasing this and please do vol 3
