Finding your Inner strength to stop!
It is never easy to give up an addiction, and it is also a crutch to suppress whatever you may be going through. I have family members who are currently in the struggle. Still, this audiobook has helped me understand how they think and the challenges they experience regarding "drinking," including their triggers and cravings.
The message conveyed in this audiobook provided me with the knowledge and multiple ways to assist them with their struggles by referring them to a medical professional that will help them do it through the SMART method. SPECIFIC/ MEASURABLE/ACHIEVABLE/ REALISTIC/TIME BOND.
The strategies in this book are efficient and achievable, and we are working day by day to achieve the goals through self-awareness, positive actions, and intuitions.

Quitting for good
We have all fancied multiple bottles of alcohol on a good night and sometimes or often cross our limits and end up with hangovers, sore heads and more. And even committed to quitting but returned to the same cycle of drinking more or less, having more hangovers, regrets and repeating itself.
This book couldn't have come at a better time to help those who are committed to giving up and quitting drinking. This is not only information for those who wish to be alcohol free, but for everyone to understand the devastating effects of alcohol.

A Must-Read!
This wonderfully written book will take you through all the actions that you must take to live a life of sobriety. From how to get started, to learning that you will make mistakes and that is ok. The author covers all of the intricacies in detail for a solid plan that will change your life. The narrator did a fantastic job and was clear and concise throughout the book.

I just loved this Audio book
I really enjoyed this book, but not just for alcohol addiction. I wanted to learn why some of my friends who don't drink that often but when they go out cant really stop till the bar closes and then want more when they get home. Then they lose a day of their life due to being so sick for a day with a banging headache!!, why? It was the sugar addiction that hit home. I'm fine with sweets, biscuits, and anything sweet if I don't buy them! Whatever I have in, I can't stop till either I feel I'll, or they are all gone! The information on sugar and how it affects us is so spot on and how to avoid or limit is so accurate.
All in all, got far more from this book than was expecting. The book was brilliant and so too was the narration

interesting, good narration
I enjoyed this audio.
This new book is a great companion to the first book.
It gave lots of great tips and advice on continuing to maintain sobriety long term.
It digs into understanding why you drank and ways to take action, both mentally and physically,
towards living a happier and more rewarding life.
I recommend this audiobook.

Comprehensive Resource
Excellent audiobook with an in-depth look at how to tackle your alcoholism. The content is useful and comprehensive, coupled with excellent narration. Lots of tips and advice. If you are struggling with alcohol, whether it is a mental or physical struggle, then this book is for you. Sean Alexander does an amazing job. Highly Recommend!

Candid and empowering!
I picked up this book as I wanted to understand more about alcohol addiction, what people that struggle with it go through and what friends and family can do to support them on their journey to sobriety. The author tackles the topic in a straightforward yet compassionate way starting with his own story and how he's overcome addiction and is now a qualified therapist.
Sean touches on many topics including common triggers and how to deal with them, the role of emotions and how crucial it is to learn how to manage them and tips to not relapse.
Fantastic book, highly recommend!

A must read for everyone
I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed listening to this inspiring book. I am not one who drinks alcohol yet I was blown away at all the information I learned. It made perfect sense to me. You’ll discover the three important steps to change your life forever. Learn in detail the importance of knowing your triggers and the importance of diet and exercise. This is truly a must read for everyone.

I didn't realize how important this awareness was
Highly recommend, highlighting how many factors of the habit of drinking can harm our performance. I loved the fact that even if someone doesn't drink at all, looking through this lens with a greater knowledge of self creates a much wise perspective of your surroundings, your achievements, and the capability we bury because of bad habits! Huge importance for people!
