Great Book Discussing Speed, Endurance, & Strength

Dylan Joseph has done it again. I don't know how he has written so many helpful soccer books, but man am I glad he has. This book does a great job in pointing out which types of fitness to focus on and the type most players do that should be avoided at all costs. Also, he helped make my workouts easier, take less time, but be more effective fof a soccer player! This guy knows his stuff. I'm glad I invested in this book!
