“PERSONAL TRAINER” EXPERTISE

In this informative book, the Author is a actually your very own “Personal Trainer.” Reader will be professionally guided through each levels of basic to moderate intensity circuit trading, complete with warm ups, types of exercises in each set, full descriptions of each exercise, number of repetitions & cool down actions. The Bonus is the nutrition information about what percentage of macros we should be consuming daily. There are even sample meals & snacks advised. Packed with useful information. No fluff. Loved it.

The goal here is to embark on a health & fitness routine that is both attainable & sustainable. This book well-equips the Reader to easily achieve both.

I'm so excited to get started on this program!

I've never been exercising on a regular basis but didn't seem to have a problem with my weight when I was young. As I got older, I started gaining weight and losing my energy easily. I tried different forms of exercising but always found an excuse for not sticking to my routine. The last time I went to the gym was before COVID, then the gym got shut down, and after COVID I never went back. I knew I badly needed a routine but with my busy life and to be honest, laziness, I just kept putting it off.
This audiobook is perfect for people like me. I listened to it in one day to get a full understanding of the program. The exercises are explained clearly and they are manageable for any fitness level. The six-week starter workout routine provides structure and guidance helping beginners establish a consistent workout habit.
As soon as I finished the book, I tried to do some of the exercises and I realized it's the program I need to get my fitness back. There is even a bonus of a diet plan to help accelerate weight loss.
Thanks to the author and the narrator for this amazing book!

Awesome info

Circuit training is such a great workout and this audiobook is exactly what you need to get started. I feel like I have a much better understanding of what to do and how to get the most out of my workouts! Totally recommend!

Awesome!

Everything I was looking for and more! As a beginner its intimidating to get out there and get started but this book was really thorough and easy to understand , great tips and a lot of helpful information. I loved the 6 week beginner workout, and no equipment exercises because of my bad knee, I am ready to get started!! Great narration as well.

Great Home Exercises to help lose weight

What I liked the most about the book was that I can do everything at home. Based on your BMI and your weight the author explains how to find the heart rate you should exercise at. He gives exercises to warm up with and cool down with. He explains the importance of diet and gives a weekly diet you could file if you choose. Finally towards the end of the book he explains how to do each exercise correctly. I definitely plan on trying them.
