Realistic & Eye opening
This book let me know I wasn’t weird after all. It just showed me how the way our mind can process information wrong in social settings making you take things the wrong way. This book lightened my anxiety in social settings and really gave me great tools to use in every day settings.

I could probably handle better.
This book is great for people struggling with socializing. It thoroughly explains the do's and don't of socializing to help people gain confidence in what they are doing in social situations. For me struggling with social anxiety, it helped assure me that what I'm doing is not "bad behavior." It also educated me on other situations that I could probably handle better.

I find this book very informative.
I find this book very informative, helpful and interesting. The author writes simply and is very encouraging. A great tool to help those who suffer from poor social skills to improve their quality of life. I like how the book is written in a very positive way.
