Revisiting the Past to better the future

I loved rereading the stories that I heard over 12 years ago. It warms my heart to see that this book is still read today.I hope this book continues to change lives.

A good overview of how to treat people for their and your benefit

A good number of anecdotes and tips for not only treating people with kindness and boosting them up, but at the same affect of forwarding your joint agendas. A bit repetitive in its message, but gives plenty of good examples for application.
