From the first time I heard physical endurance I have been very impressed. I was tired and so I put headphones on and just listened for the 20 or so minutes and just thinking I would feel rested after the slight nap. But when I was done my eyes were open. I was thinking clear and I felt ready and it was in the afternoon; and in the afternoon I am usually tired.

So, I am really excited about this therapy recording. There wasn’t some magical change. I just felt awake. I felt ready to go and I listen to it whenever I need that little extra boost in the afternoon.

Buddhism does not teach "suspension of belief" as faith. The Buddha taught "test everything." Trying to cater to western audiences by using western terminology can lead to gross misinterpretation. Buddhism is not a psycological system or therapy even if it has been appropriated by western psychologists. Be curious but wary.
