About this listen

Physical Endurance (285.9 Hz)

The 285.9 Hertz frequency is known to enhance physical endurance and vitality. This sound meditation is perfect for those seeking to improve their stamina and physical energy, whether you're preparing for a workout or simply need an extra boost of strength and motivation in your day.

Welcome to a remarkable sonic journey through distinct healing frequencies, each designed to offer therapeutic benefits and unlock your innate potential for holistic well-being.

At the heart of sound healing lies the phenomenon of resonance. This occurs when a system vibrates at its natural state in response to an external stimulus of the same frequency. Every part of the human body—organs, tissues, and cells—has its own, unique natural frequency. When we introduce specific sound frequencies to the body, they interact with these natural vibrations, creating a resonance effect that influences us on multiple levels: physical, mental, emotional, and even energetic.

how much the opening sukd

If you're having an app, that's supposed to be a sound app with a beneficial effect. Why would you start it out with a Redding screeching metal tearing, most obnoxious flipping noise A. F.
Yes, it were a grinder and a blender. Having a death match underwater. But idiot thought that was relaxing. I'm very pissed off and heat it up in the wrong way right now.
Piss poor performance.

Started off on wrong foot

Buddhism does not teach "suspension of belief" as faith. The Buddha taught "test everything." Trying to cater to western audiences by using western terminology can lead to gross misinterpretation. Buddhism is not a psycological system or therapy even if it has been appropriated by western psychologists. Be curious but wary.
