So far so good..
I have listened to many different hypnotherapy tapes I have found this one to be the most life changing also a great way to fall asleep and to re enter sleep if woken in the night he covers a lot of things that are helpful for making positive changes

Loveable One
So far this is my fourth day in a row listening to it and I haven't even been able to even get past the first part of the introduction.. but like it says no matter what you still get the full benefits even if you fall asleep and that is so true!! I can't wait to see how I feel after 21 days.. I can definitely tell you how I feel after four and that's excellent!! I highly recommend this book!!

A good short read and meditation
One of my problems with meditation is having to stay up and stare at a wall while not falling asleep. I have low iron so I'm often prone to sleep and I love that this guide gives you the option of experiencing the benefits whether you're asleep or awake. I feel so much better on the days that I listen to it. I am trying to now follow the 21 day cycle. Excited to see what it yields for me.

Very Useful
"I don't meditate but would like to so I bought a bunch of audible meditation sessions. One day was really hard for me just all around and I needed something to help me. Put this on and opened myself up to the experience and by the end I felt so much more at peace and like I wasn't being crushed by the moment. I hope it has the same effect for you!

Clear instructions
"I love Williams. His voice is soothing and empowering. I love listening to his works both while I sleep and awake as guided meditations. This one in particular has become a daily ritual for me. It's an even more important part of my daily routine than my morning cup of coffee ;)

Best meditation for someone who doesn't meditate
I love it... I sit in my car every morning for about 20 minutes and listen to this before going into work. I have experienced a difference in the way I feel and handle challenges that I am faced daily. I recommend this book.
