Sleep is a wonderful thing
I absolutely love this meditation for sleeping. I fall asleep faster and sleep better. The loud this is audible is now at the first thing instead of the end like so many others were complaining about. I highly recommend it for everyone. LOVE IT!!!!

love it afterwork or bed time
Super relaxing and makes you aware of your mind, body and breathing. I find it really good to listen it in the subway after work or before bed. it helps to chill and disconnect from the day.

Worked well for me
I downloaded 1 chapter per night to avoid the autoplay noise . A couple of nights I had nightmares but that might be due to the deep sleep and not clearing my mind properly Jade Alexis voice is soothing but firm at the same time I love it
