Really enjoyable continuation.

Really enjoyed this book. It follows some of the same formula as the previous book, though doesn't focus on the real life side at all, which isn't necessarily bad. Additionally, it focuses far less, if at all, on the adult side of the series. The voice acting / production value was great for how short of a book it was, I really hope they keep it up for the next books.

The main issue I have with the book is that it's very short for how much you're paying. I do feel it would be a lot more fair to price it around the $5 range, or for it to go on a more significant sale before the next book is released. I do however think, despite the length, it's a great self contained story in the universe. That being said, it really should be listed in the same series as the previous book, as you're missing a lot if you read this without reading the previous book, and a new reader might not be as invested, or think to look at the authors previous works.

good stand alone possibilities

this on its own could be a good story. but on the continuation of gunmeister the stories are just too far apart. I hope Noah conti ues to write out both stories and to keep the interwine of them minimal.

Radical locale change

Pretty okay. The move from John Wick to Buck Roger’s was interesting. A bit more development of the lady characters but not by much

It was good, the only thing that I don't like about it is that it was to short.

The Misfits are back together!

No Spoilers. This book seems like such a TEASEr (pun intended). I had been waiting for a sequel to Gun Meister and when I saw this, I didn't hesitate to purchase and finished it in 2 sessions (it is only 4 hours). While Gun Meister did have a lot of adult content, it seems like Noah kept all that on a much tighter leash. I'm fine with either option to be honest, but I think once he has a full length book, he'll fill it in with some more adult content. As always, soundbooth theater does an amazing job. If you've listened to Ernest Cline's Armada, this book is similar in regards to the space action. I was hoping this would satiate my desire for the sequel, but it left me wanting more.

what can I say about this book other then fun.

honestly the book was very enjoyable though of course rather short being book 0 which I see as a sorta novella ish style.
a lot of are favorite characters are back and together still. I really enjoyed the space combat and the story though it can be bit slower and may not be for everyone.
I am very interested in seeing how the first book turns out also I have heard there may be a second gun meister which has me wondering how that will go as well.
