This book is everything. By far the most relevant book I have read in reference to managing people and leadership. So many ideas, a lot we do, some we have lost sight of, and the bonus opportunity for self reflection. 10/10 recommend this book 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

FULL of great tips and tactics I need
All I can say is wow!! I’m a super slow reader so it took me three months to read this on and off, but I walked away every time I opened the book with Key takeaways and a sense that I could do what Scott encourages us to do in the book! I’m certain I will have to reference this book over and over again in my own management of people. I’m very thankful for the effort and the guidance put into words to help those of us do a better job with our employees!
