Franchise owner perspective
Scott nails it and defines the secret sauce for franchise success. I’m sure that he will have a few negative reviews that say his view sides with franchisors but franchisees have to be part dreamer, part “glass is half full” guy (or gal) and all about driving revenue. He outlines the ingredients required to execute. A must read for any franchise owner.

Everything I Needed to Hear
I heard Scott speak at our franchise conference last year and I saved this title in my wish list. Well, it finally came time to listen to a new book and I saw that this one was in there.
It only took a few days off and on and boy was it a good listen (read). Wow! I really enjoyed this book more than I expected. I could relate to everything in the book and it really has me thinking about how I can approach my team differently.
One thing is for sure; I am not alone. I highly recommend this book.
