These books will certainly help you redine fitness and health for individuals of all ages even though the book is geared towards men over 40. The first book focuses on how to get results with minimal effort. The author's approach to building muscle and functional strength is great and does not require prior experience with weights. The workout plans are simple, sustainable and effective, allowing you to achieve your fitness goals without an expensive gym membership or personal trainer.
The 2nd book has a lot of information on managing calorie intake to maintain a healthy weight, burn fat and build muscle. I learned so much of the role of protein, carbohydrates, and fat in the diet and the guide on flexible dieting will allow you to enjoy your favorite food guilt-free.
