It Isn't Just About Skill
As a dancer for many years, I understand that there is much more that goes into a performance/game than just executing steps. It requires training both your mental capacities and physical abilities. It makes you do things afraid and become flexible to change when necessary. The rule of 3 brings balance to you, providing ease to the blow of imperfection and allowing you to learn and move forward without getting defeated and staying in that place. The narration alone psyched me up, let alone the content!

What a well constructed book! "Tenacious" is packed with the essential tools you need to get in the winning mindset and prepare for your best performance.

Excellent Guide To Teach Mental Toughness
This Audiobook was highly inspirational and I thought it did a great job addressing negative thoughts and self doubts that young athletes may come across in their athletic journey.
It walks through the different steps a young athlete can take to increase tenacity and grow from failures and mistakes to achieve toughness in their thoughts, mindset and mentality in order to bring out the inner champion in them! My favorite part was when the Audiobook gives examples of how to start their day, and even how to start their day on game day. Highly recommended for anyone who has a young athlete needing some positive reinforcement and inspiration!

Winning Mindset
So so glad this wasn't just a book with the narrator talking at me. This is thoughtfully written. Mental toughness and meditation are my favorite parts of this book. The narrator is clear and exacting as if you're listening to a documentary. I'll listen to this multiple times for myself and suggest it to my other parent friends.
