A great book to influence change
This is a great guide to lead someone experiencing addiction to alcohol to come out of the hooks of alcohol. It is not said it will be easy but with determination, this book has all the tips to getting oneself whole. If one is whole and focusing on other goals in life will go a long way to success.

This book does a great job of addressing an issue many face with alcohol step by step in a reasonable time frame. Also, it encourages others to keep trying if they go beyond 7 seven days. Therefore it manages expectations.

This is a good beginner's guide to help you if you are experiencing alcohol addiction issues. The book will help you to get sober/clean. It is a difficult process but if you are willing to persevere then you have the information and advice here, so be determined and help yourself be free from this problem!

Excellent read!
The author did a great job outlining a step-by-step guide to quitting alcohol. He emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition and adequate hydration, as well as removing temptation and having a strong support system. He also explains the role of self-care, meditation and practicing mindfulness to manage stress and increase the likelihood of success.
I would definitely recommend this book!
