Hope
I never would have thought I had a drinking problem until I did. I’m hopeful this audiobook helps me out, I want to stop drinking, stop drinking so much, or stop drinking so frequently. Seems like the message was delivered short and sweet. I’m hopeful, I will return to complete the rating after two weeks.

Perfect for Me
I had become a habitual about my nightly cocktails over the past few crazy years. I tried other hypnosis that did not influence me to stop drinking but this audio is working for me. So glad I found this
I have been struggling with AAD for YEARS, and tried literally EVERYTHING. Prescribed Meds, meditation, Shaman's etc. I just want a rid out of my personal hell, which as George so succinctly describes is part of our culture, and mostly trauma (for me). He did his homework, he speaks the truth, and although I am not free, I am definitely feeling better. And the sheer magnitude of great company we all keep..... Mind blowing. Thank you George.

Life changing audio book
If you really want to stop drinking this audio book will give you all the tools. I never write reviews but felt obligated as this audio book truly changed my life. After close to 30 years drinking heavy I really have no interest in drinking again. God bless you.

Decent little guide
I think this portrays superbly why you ought to stop liquor, how wrecking it very well may be, the advantages of stopping, and the 12 stage program basically. The narration is good. The voice is calm and smooth to hear.
