Very Interesting Book.

This is a very interesting and informative book. I’ve recently been told Im an Empathy and listening this has helped me understand on a deeper level why I am the way I am and what I’m here to do. Worth the listen!

Informative AudioBook

The author really dives deep into the topics of Self-Esteem Challenge. Confidence love Self-Esteem Challenge. It is important for you to be aware of this and understand how to protect yourself. If you are a victim of narcissistic abuse the author does a superb job on how to break away and recover. Really recommend.

Great perspective on dealing with fears

By appropriately I mean that according to the author we are to notice them, separate ourselves from them and don't give them power. Advice is similar to advice in other self-help books on the same subject. Some good exercises and well audio.

I learned a lot from listening to self-confidence

I learned a lot from listening to self-confidence. My low self-esteem manifested in perfectionism, and I beat myself up for not doing everything just right. It’s very had to get out of the habit of thinking that way, but this audiobook gave me helpful suggestions about ways to change the way I feel about myself.
