About this listen

The Paladins are still short one of their number for them to finally be considered a complete fighting force—the thirteen Champions of the gods.

Hence, Ahren and his friends, make their way onto the Ice Fields in the far south, following what scant clues there are in their efforts to track down the man considered to be the father of all Forest Guardians and who was last seen hunting down the fearsome dragon, Four Claws. An odyssey on sea and ice awaits them—and they know full well that HE, WHO FORCES will be putting up ferocious resistance in his desire to see them fall at the last hurdle . . .

I have listen to everyone of these books sitting on the edge of my seat. laughing at time so hard that the people around me looked at me like I was crazy, them not knowing I was listening to one of the best stories ever written. Thank you so very much for the wonderful imagination that you have.

I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Gildart Jackson has away of really bringing this amazing story to life. I enjoy reading these books and then listening to the audio.

The edge

The City of Cutthroats was narrated by someone else, and he wasn’t bad, but names weren’t even pronounced the same, so it was very offputting. To have the narrator back feels like the characters are back.

So Glad To Have The Narrator Back!!

Another Good Book In The Series

Great series. This book was full of twists and turns. Being 12 books in the story still feels fresh and interesting. Love the story telling ability of the author.

best series

Story was good, as always, non-stop action and many amazing characters old and new.
The icing on the cake was having the original narrator back, and giving voices to Trip, the final paladin his daughter.
Each and every character can he easily identified.
Not sure why they let a different narrator talk in book 11, he destroyed everyone, they all sounded the same and boring.
Thank you for coming back, it's like seeing old friends once again.
I'm about to jump into the last book.
Or will it be the last one?

Welcome back

I enjoyed the return of the original narrator, it’s like welcoming an old friend. The ending seemed a little abrupt to me. I am ready for the final book!
