DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, so regardless of whether you are already suffering from high blood pressure or are interested in preventing it, The DASH Diet Weight Loss Blueprint by Elaine Summers, who is a learned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, will prove out to be a trusted friend and indispensable companion in your journey towards a healthier lifestyle and a better life in general.

From this audiobook, you will be able to learn how to lower your blood pressure naturally while at the same time losing weight in a normal way. This sounds like a really good deal if you ask me.

I’ve been struggling since my early 20s with my weight, not too much, but enough to appreciate this kind of well-written, well-researched, well-explained, and comprehensive guidance.

My wife and I have been on a keto lifestyle for a few years and are always interested to find out how to live an even healthier life.
