Amazingl and relatable! Everyone needs to listen!

This audio book is AMAZING. TJ (the author) narrates it and you can hear how passionate and enthused he is about this topic. It feels like you have your own personal coach in your pocket. I love how he describes everything in such a relatable and non-shameful way. This is such a positive book with clear snd easy to follow action steps that you can Implement daily to Improve your neurohealth. I love all the added bonus extras you get with the audio book as well. A Side note- the interview he does with his girlfriend Georgia is so sweet. You can hear how genuinely interested he is in hearing what she has to say. This audio book has been so helpful for me. Everyone should listen or read it!
