Need in our world

Think book does not go deep but it explains the crucial parts of how our brains work and is something that has helped me understand why I do what I do.

Brilliant!

A must read for anyone looking to enhance their life experience. Loretta’s book gives the backbone and skeletal structure to the otherwise loosely understood concepts of movies like “The Secret” and “What The Bleep Do We Know”. Whether you are looking to be an effective parent or to live consciously and with empowerment, I highly recommend this book and all the info it holds. Thank you Loretta for writing this book!

Really worth reading

This book is very practical! When most of the neuroscience books give readers a lot of theory, this book not just explains the scientific aspects of our happy hormones, it also gives practical instructions how to make our life better & train our mammal brain. I do really recommend to read it!

NARRATED BY A ROBOT

To me, Amanda Carlin sounds like an auto-generated voice. Kind of electronic. I struggled.

Very helpful

The information in this book has really helped me. Don’t let the reviews about the narrator deter you from buying it. Putting it on a faster speed makes it just fine. The info is worth it.

We can control much that’s happened to us and how we interpret this.

Well written, well read. Good “ food for thought food for thought.” Wish I had heard this book many years ago. However. I am interested in trying to apply this knowledge in my advanced years.

Very informative! Must listen!

This is a must listen for anyone that wants to have control of their brain and happy chemicals. Helps you know why you feel the way you do, and ways to improve. Push through the robotic narration, it’s well worth it! Then buy the paperback and highlight the key points for reference.
