A great mindfulness practice if listened to everyday
It’s a short audiobook that you can listen to everyday if you need to reframe your thoughts. Not complicated. It’s simple to understand and very straight forward.
A great mindfulness practice if listened to everyday - that you can do while driving/ commuting, doing some errands/ chores, first thing after waking up or before going to bed to also reflect.
Highly recommended!

Look to Yourself for Own Strengths
I enjoyed the upbeat positive attitude in this book. Relying on yourself to build you up became the motto. Not comparing yourself to others. But be yourself at your best self.
