A Complete Guide to Real Estate Automation!

I have listened to a lot of Brad Korns material, and he is spot on. I have also probably researched a 100 different real estate agent models from highly successful to a regular agent on YouTube, and this one is probably the most complete. Systems make a huge difference in virtually anything you do! The audiobook is easy to follow and keeps you engaged. I have already started implementing some of these systems and look forward to tracking the results. My only criticism is the voice reading from Michael Gerber, even though his content was great. But Brad was the predominant speaker so it was still a great audiobook! Highly recommend.

Listening to it again... and again!

There is no way to get everything out of this book on one listen. It is packed with transformative information. Listen to it once, listen to it twice, listen to it again and again. I'm inspired and enthused. No need to be extraordinary. Just build and follow a system and your results will be extraordinary.

Explains what to do, why to do it and how to do it!

This book teaches you how to create a successful sales team that can operate without you, and if you want to stay in production, this book also teaches you how to leverage systems, technology and people to free up more time in order for you to do more income generating activities such as setting appointments and giving presentations.
This is not a step-by-step instruction manual of how to implement the specific systems that Brad Korn uses in his real estate business. If you want that, you need to contact Brad in order to receive his coaching. This helps you understand how to create your own methods for a self-sustaining and self running real estate business. I love it and will be listening to it over and over. Bread Korn has the life and business that most real estate agents would consider to be ideal. Glad to be taking advice from two guys who walk the talk.

Decent Book

If you have read the original emyth then this is just the same just using real estate terms instead.

lacked major foundational systems to implement

spends far too much time focusing on why systems are important vs. teaching what systems to implement while going on to selling other bucks like emyth which are more ideal systematic development. feels like an emyth template book that was a basic copy and paste job from other books... lots of sizzle, lots of gravy, but where's the rest of my steak?

How many times can I say the word "system".

How many times can someone say the word system without giving a clear example of a currently functioning system. I really enjoyed the emyth revisited and most of Michael Gerbers other books. So, I decided that maybe a specific topic book would give specific examples of and how to implement specific systems. NO. I feel like it was Brad's job in this book to give the specifics and Michael's job to give the big picture. Brad failed in my opinion.
