Confirming, healing and guiding

I resonated with what was said. It was confirming, healing and guiding. Helped me realize that people are different and it is ok to not have to be the life of the party and the most confident and popular and seemingly most well adjusted person in the room. Being extra sensitive has it’s gifts and there are tools that we can use to help us accept ourselves wholly and go on to live happy and content lives.
