Perfect for me!
I often have lower back pain all the time and I think due to my job from sitting for a long time. This book comes in at a perfect time because I was looking for some kind of home remedies or exercises to help me relieve my lower back pain. This has a lot of exercises that I will try for sure. I don't like to take medicines or have surgery. So this is perfect for me. I hope it will treat my lower back pain.

Learned A Lot
I really enjoyed this listen and learned a lot. With back trouble being very common in my family, I plan on applying the exercises that are in this book with all the physical activity that I do.
