I Learned A Lot

On a more personal note, I just had trouble with my lower back and went to the chiropractor for an adjustment. While it is better now, I’m trying to stay as active as possible so it could be kept under control. While it is easier said than done and it is a promise that I can't always keep, I learned a lot from this book and plan to apply all of the exercises that are contained within, should I have a little time to spare for working out. If I can't do my weight lifting or martial arts on that same day, that is.

Really Helpful Resources!

Before I have lower back pain, but I'm not sure if I also have sciatic pain. I was suspecting about my symptoms. But thanks to this book. It helps me understand better whether I have it or not. I love the exercise treatment. I don't have to get surgery or take medicine. I can try these at home.

i think its more helpful if you go to his youtube channel than purchasing this audiobook
