Excellent
Great book! I’ve read a lot on gut health and like another reviewer had mentioned, this one is different. Some recommendations may be similar, but the perspective is different, the writing (and speaking on audiobook) very encouraging and motivating, helping you to work smarter not harder. Loved the 360 deep dive into digestion and practices for vagus nerve health as well.

this book needs to be read, not listened to
I think this book needs to be read as there is so much information that one needs to go back to. I really like to listen to books but once in a while one comes along that should be held in the hand and read.

Great info with a protocol that works
As a health and wellness coach that focuses on mental fitness and gut health, I can confirm that Dr. Pedre gives very clear advice on the connection to the mind and gut with a user friendly protocol. I have worked with the protocol that he mentions in the book, and I like how he has simplified it into 3 categories through his quiz. I’ve tried it, and even though I have not completed the 14 days yet, I already feel a difference. He helped unlock a few missing pieces for me! I will be recommending this book to my clients.
