Great book, AWFUL narration

I’m a pharmacist and think this is a great book. However, the narration is so awful that I am compelled to leave a review. Her voice is awful, there is no natural flow, very monotone, and medical terms are mispronounced. It’s so so painful to listen to even though I like the information.

Show yourself some love, and order now!

This book is packed full of helpful (and easy to utilize) information & ideas. Izabella is truly a wonderful guide for navigating Thyroid conditions, Adrenal dysfunction, and any other conditions that could be at the root cause of our symptoms. There's not one question I had, that she didn't touch upon in some way. She's incredibly well researched and thorough. She's also very thoughtful in the protocol progression as well, giving us the most impactful remedies to start with, and offering the advanced protocol & guidelines to turn to for troubleshooting IF needed (or IF we want to go deeper). She's provided me with with hope, direction, and confidence in navigating a newly diagnosed thyroid condition, and the accompanying adrenal fatigue that came with it. I've already experienced significant improvements in my energy levels & lab results, since starting her thyroid protocols, and I look forward to implementing the many new ideas she's put into this book. This book is gold. ♥️ Thank you so much, Izabella!!

The Power of a Great Narrator

I listened to this book because of the narrator, Abby Craden… I would probably listen to the telephone book if read by Abby Craden.

Also bought a couple hundred dollars worth of supplements and it looks like I’ll be doing the ATP “diet“ for the next month or so.

As for the contents of the book, it actually made a lot of sense and I’m looking forward to getting started.

very surface level

i was excited about this book initially but, I didn't actually learn anything new. All information in the book can be easily found online, in podcasts, ect. I was already doing everything noted in the book and she does not go into enough details. I was expecting far greater detail especially for persistent symptoms. There are many plugs for her supplement line and the testimonials are ridiculous! Too many claims about adding a single supplements and getting life changing results.
