Cheryl May brought the tension out in this well written story.
A new start soon became a nightmare, what she heard and seen how were they connected a new beginning, now a nightmare of secrets in this small place.

In this book Lois was a lawyer and she quits and moves her and her daughter to Vermont and buys a Inn. This is a pretty long book but it held my interest till the end. A lot of stuff is happening. She learns the Mayor who owned the Inn had covered a lot of things up. She learns the Inn is haunted. There is a lot of secrets that the police doesn't want known.
