I really enjoyed the way the author brought into focus the lives of different men & women, then draws out their qualities (or lack thereof) in leadership to very specific defining actions.

Great Lessons in History & Leadership

Struggled to finish, even though it shared great leadership principles. I did not connect with the stories about war. Also, the river blindness was so vividly medical it was hard to get through. Finally, the narrative & narration was very monotone.
