About this listen
An Offworlder With A Divine Class. A Murderous King Who Wants Him Dead. Can He Level Up Fast Enough To Stop An Entire Kingdom’s Destruction?
Kazro never asked for the quest. With nothing but a broken interface and dogged determination, he sets out to deliver a ceremonial scythe to a princess he’s never met. But when he glimpses her in the crowd, a jolt of familiarity strikes like thunder. Before he can uncover the truth, chaos erupts—the King of the Sundust Reaches storms the city, smacks Kazro aside, and abducts the royal family for a mass sacrifice.
Desperation drives Kazro to wield the ceremonial scythe and in so doing, he unlocks a startling secret. A trapped god awakens, bestowing him with the divine class of Transcendent. But as the Mad King flees and an assassin closes in, Kazro feels the crushing weight of his newfound power. Every second demands he fight or face a swift and brutal death.
As the kingdom faces its darkest hour, will Kazro rise to conquer the Mad King—or fall to the forces seeking his complete and utter annihilation?
If you like weak-to-strong protagonists, heroes who are underleveled but overpowered, fast-paced level-ups, rare classes, and gods worth defying, then you’ll love Hatch’s immersive isekai fantasy LitRPG adventure.

Really cool EPIC story
If you enjoy fantasy stories then this one is up your alley. I enjoyed the narration and his way to tell the story. It is not easy to make assorted character voices, so the voices added to my ability to visualize the character and their surroundings.
I look forward to the next book!

Action-packed LitRPG with a divine twist
This audiobook had me hooked from the first scene. I loved the “weak-to-strong” arc and how the stakes kept getting higher. The narration was solid and really brought the tension to life.

Very cool story
I enjoyed this and it was packed with adventure, challenges, twists and turns. I really liked the character development and seeing (hearing) Kazro grow in skill. I did find, at times, this was a bit long. It could have been made into two or more books to be honest but was still awesome.

I Didn’t Expect to Love This, But I Did
Okay, this book totally surprised me. At first, I thought it was just another fantasy quest, but then boom—gods, secret powers, and a guy with a broken game interface trying to save a kidnapped princess with a magic scythe. Kazro’s journey from zero to divine-class hero is wild, fast-paced, and honestly super fun to follow. If you’re into underdog stories with a mix of magic, chaos, and cool level-ups, this one’s worth the read.

Fun for the kids!
Heard this one with my kids during a long hospital night and it turned out to be perfect. The story’s got action, magic, a badass scythe, and just the right pace to keep us all hooked. My girls loved kazro's crazy journey, especially the powerup moments lol. Definitely a fun bonding listen for us. It’s rare to find something we all enjy, but this one nailed it. Great mix of chaos, heart, and hero vibes. Reminded us of sAmurai X anime series

Fast-paced action
The Legend of Kazro delivers a thrilling ride from page one, blending divine powers, deadly quests, and jaw-dropping twists in a LitRPG world that’s impossible to put down. Kazro’s journey from underdog to divine-class hero is both epic and emotionally gripping, making him one of the most compelling protagonists I’ve read in the genre for a while. Hatch’s worldbuilding is rich and immersive, with just the right balance of mystery, danger, and heart-pounding encounters that make every chapter unforgettable.

Non-stop action
I like Skyrim-like games with weird bugs, magic, and epic battles, which is why I loved the story. I liked Kazro from the start. Everything happens so fast and it feels like an anime mixed with a video game.

not bad at all! i recommend it
Kazro gets decked by a king within like five minutes then randomly unlocks a god tier class by grabbing a damn ceremonial scythe and that part had me actually pausing and going what?? out loud. The whole broken interface thing is hilarious and super stressful reminded me of when my Skyrim mods broke mid quest and i just had to roll with it. The pacing's nuts everything escalates quick: kidnapped royals, assassins, culty sacrifices and somehow he’s got to be the one to stop a kingdom wide wipeout with zero prep.

Great fantasy action
I actually listen to a lot of fantasy, and I'm always excited to see a new world being built. This is where The Legend of Kazro excels. The world-building is incredibly well-done. Plus, the story is exciting, Great narrator too. GOod one!
