I got this book for a graduate class project and I've alreadt recommended it to multiple friends. I just finished and I'm going to listen again. The ideas in this book have helped me reframe my own ideas of aging. I value these perspectives

The neuroscience behind aging brains and young brains is extremely intruiging. Dr Cohen and his personal research add a bit of clarity to the amalgam of experience that is senesence.

This was a great book with some more uplifting information and advice on Aging. I liked the narrator's voice very much. the author told great stories and really knew what he was talking about. I excitedly told stories to friends of mine in the aging technology and innovation community. This book was truly inspiring.
