Excellent information. Detailed and supportive for plant based diet.
However, the narration was horrid. If the book wasn't so good, I would have returned it. The narrator mispronounced nearly every medical term incorrectly. It was a struggle to listen to it. If there is another version with a different narrator, I would recommend it. Otherwise, be prepared to be informed but irritated.

I wanted to stab myself in the ears listening to the computer generated narration. No one should have to put themselves through this. narration aside the content of the book is informative and based on sound research.
