Mainly, I believe it was too short. Very surface level explanations leave a lot of unanswered questions and left me metaphorically dredging through the elementary stuff to get to the “meat” only to find a unique idea without explanation, examples, role play setup or delivery.
It’s not a BAD book but if you’ve been selling virtually anything for more than a few years, there won’t be much here for you and what is there “for you” won’t be thoroughly explained and walked through to take advantage of.
Just one mans opinion.
