So much wonderful information! I just wish there was a companion pdf with a list of the recipes. Having to repurchase a kindle/paperback version or go back through and write them down to get the best use of all of the great tips just isn't convenient.

This was a great audio book, with a peaceful, reassuring voice performing the audio. However, I think I would prefer a hard copy of this book with access to all recipes and lists that it provides.

I really really tried to listen to this book! The pronunciation of words like almond were totally weird, the information zoomed over the top and not extremely helpful, the content was dry..... just not into it
