A must read book!
Not only is the book informative with concepts, but Elizabeth also uses real life examples that makes the information easier to grasp. This helped me think of it through the lens of my own organization. I believe it doesn’t matter your organization size, location, industry, etc. everyone can find value in this book. Also, with the audio book, Elizabeth’s reading makes it feel more like a conversation with a friend. I am so thankful to have found this book and cannot wait to apply everything I learned.
