Great book
He breaks it down to 2 things, habit and control. I wish I had this book as a younger person, it would of save me from some of my mistakes. Listen to it many times to get the most out of it.

A helpful kick in the pants when you are ready for it. Not profoundly revelatory, but coaches aren’t supposed to be. Get up, change your life. You can do it.

The best of the best
I just had to write a review of this book. I loved it. It covered real issues with a real solution that when applied does work. I have been doing what's recommended before reading this book. It just confirmed answers I have been receiving through prayer. I love when that happens. You pray, you get an answer then God confirms the answer. Try the book and also try prayer.

Good for Beginners in Mental Health
It was a good summary of the field of self help. I think it would most bennifit newcomers to these mindsets, so long as they follow up with a professional or a solid plan to achieve the kinds of accomplishments he's described. This book was published in 2004 and it reflects the early 2000's mental health field- which isn't altogether bad... I've been working on my mental health for 10 years, 15 years ago I think I would have found this book inspiring, now I hear his messages as repetitive. That being said he did make a few statements that I found intriguing and worth pondering over. The main message of the book was resilience which I think is good for everyone to hear.

will be reading again. great book
short chapters. gets to the point. kept it basic, broke some things down. wish audible would list the name of the chapter as well as the chapter #. found myself wanting to go back be able read this. A pdf attachment would be great. love the chapter on insecurities, really broadened my view on the topic. Sum real good stuff up in here!

I love the whole concept
Firstly, this narrative is great, which is absolutely paramount for a book that you will replay and replay like you will for this book. I now leave it on as I sleep to soak it into my subconscious and in my waking life, I truly feel less intimidated starting my entrepreneurship. This solidly useful tool brilliantly shields you against your own mind blocks. It would be appreciated by anyone who is diligently pushing through to their next level in personal growth. The wisdom herein, would, expectantly, help them crack through to their next financial level if they apply what they hear from this gifted literature! Best wishes to you and enjoy your new book and the success it can offer to you.
