Life changing book, lots of insight!

This book has prepare me for loss weight and keep it off.

Great information with doable ideas. Good narrator

Very interesting ideas to help those of us struggling with mot just overeating, binging or self image but, the anxiety and depression discussion was wonderful as well.

Highly motivational

I can't recommend this enough for people starting out on a weight loss journey. No quick fixes, but it works on your mindset. Dr. Luciani is also a great storyteller and easy to relate to. I've lost 13 pounds and this book helped me get started.

All the tools you need

Every dieter that's done more than one or two diets in their lifetime knows all the mechanics of how to lose weight. It's for keeping the weight off and having a new lifestyle that you have evaded us and eroded our self esteem. This book, unlike any other of the hundreds of diet books I've ever read, gives me concrete tools and visualizations to put everything in action to make a lifestyle change and get off of the merry-go-round. I so liked the book, I'm getting ready to start listening to it a second time just to make sure I understand and internalize it all.

I highly, highly recommend if you are a serial dieter who has struggled with yo-yo dieting or control-release cycle type dieting over your lifetime. His methodologies also will help you in any other kind of area of your life where you feel stagnant.

Worth the read

Best chapters were verbal, 12 - 14 (written, 11 - 13) if you already have some self awareness and just need a reboot to help you dial in why a lifestyle change is optimal.

Finally a breakthrough

Despite not being a religious book, the approach Dr Luciani encourages kept reminding me of verses in the Bible. Ideas like referencing your triggers as enemies helped me to reassess my response to boredom, harmful emotions and to stop seeing the Bad habits as that's who I am or I just can't help myself. Now I know they are my enemies and I don't fraternize with enemies. I just finished the audio, it is a huge mindset shift and needs tenacity in implementation but I can already see success flooding in. Yesternight I pulled those emergency brakes in the midst of craving a desert right after dinner and it was awesome. Thank you Dr Luciani for this enlightenment and for your cordial and timely response to my request for the PDF attachment. I highly recommend this book. Reading was awesome too.
