Jack Dalton “Johnny Outlaw-Rockstar” &
Holliday’s story was entertaining. Evenly paced, character growth, some ups & downs double standards, and a little angst. They had instant lust/attraction/love. Jack and his band were rockstars and Holliday was an entrepreneur. Their story was about two workaholics, in different careers and not wanting to give it up. Jack was deeply in love, hot headed, didn’t communicate well and insecure. Holliday’ s personality was positive, she didn’t communicate well either, didn’t always make intelligent or considerate decisions. The FMC never made the MMC grovel, always worked to make the relationship work. They separated because of their differences and pride. When Jack confessed to Holliday about touching the female roadie (Ashley) while he was on tour she forgave him too easy. Jack
“Forgot” no he omitted the part when he was trying to hook up with another female. What else was omitted!
Sebastian York has a fabulous voice.

After reading the Crow brothers story and got a little confused by all the other characters I stumbled apon this one & I loved it! Will probably reread the Crow bothers again just b/c it really completes the whole series. thanks for sharing!

It really had me on the edge of my seat also so hot all threw the book I just love fairy tale ending but I don’t understand is the volume 3-5 book about there kids or a hole different family.

For a change, this double book was definitely worth a credit! What made Dalton an even hotter man than his sexy physical presence was his true love & devotion to Holiday - just wow. When Dalton hurt, my heart hurt. Holiday made some really stupid decisions, & for a while there, I thought Tracy was giving very bad advice to her friend. Could I trust a bad boy musician who traveled on tour for months away from me? This book had multiple stressing situations on both sides of this romance, but I was glad to see the final resolution- it restored my faith in love & trust. The hot scenes were so fine!

I would have preferred much more narration by Sebastian York, but Stephanie Wyles was impressive carrying the load. I could listen again just to hear SY say my favorite expletive.

I really got tired when the story of Ashley and her baby blame came out. Really double standard and it just pissed me off. Even when she changes her mind to listen… I almost turned it off and be done. I rooted for this couple and wanted to hear the HEA but really struggled with the double standard drama. Ugh

It was an okay book but really should have been only one book. The back and forth of them being mad and jealous at each other was exhausting. It was a little too much.
