This book was so much more than I thought it was going to be. Dan offers easy to understand concepts and practical steps to use social media for big gains. Useful for every consumer
This is a useful book for anyone who wants to bypass the normal channels and contact people who can actually help - with customer service, upgrades, jobs, you name it. Dan Portik gives lots of examples from his own experience and provides step-by-step instructions for getting what you need by contacting people who actually have the power to get the job done. Recommended!

Great book and info
I really enjoyed the book and the information in it. It was read well by the narrator but better yet the contents of the read were riviting. I had to listen to the full book in one sitting and will now go back through a 2nd and 3ed time to soak up everything.
