best book you can buy if you're in Sales

I have purchased over 20 best selling sales books over the past 5 years. This book is by far the most useful book I ever purchased. This is a must have if you're selling over the phone.

This material works!

This covers every step of the sales process over the phone. My sales have increased because of simple steps outlined in the book that are common sense, which is not so common in other sales books I've listened to or read!

A very comprehensive step by step action plan to learn how to use your phone in order to increase your sales and client base. Read this book 3 times and take notes. This would all you need to make a big impact to your business. Now - Just Do It!

Helps you work through cold calling fear

I recently joined a new company and am now selling software to grumpy IT leaders via cold calls. It is terrifying.

I was so scared to get on the phones, so I listened to this book, and was able to convince myself that I was truly bringing my prospects value.

My confidence and scripting changed, and I hit quota halfway through the month. This book is incredible for both seasoned and new sellers alike.

Good training but…

I think this is a great audio book but it’s a little long and not as direct as I would want. There needs to be a summary that really explains in a direct way. I would buy it again but after over 9hrs I still have to dig more to put everything together.

Mind set over results

I love audible because I can listen to the good books multiple times... each time learning something new. Today, probably my 12th plus listen, I got mindset over results... Having a strong mindset keeps your people moving forward ... not complaining about "the last call.
