There are few simple mind hacks and psychological tricks explained in this book to overcome the anxiety. This book deserves more than five stars. I go through many Cognitive Behavioral Therapy books, but none of the gave the mindset.

I couldn't get past the listener. it sounded like the hear a list of individual words and it was pieced together by a computer. the content was probably fine but gave up on it halfway through due to robotism.

I downloaded this book after reading all the rave reviews but I think I must be missing something. I found it really simplistic (not in a good way!) and didn’t really get any new insights at all. The directions given for the mediation were just plain odd! Also it somewhat irritatingly seemed to assume that most people using the book would be men... All in all, I was pretty disappointed. Maybe I’m just not the right audience for this one.

This set of books helped my wife to reveal low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence. Thanks to these books, she learned to refuse others, she stopped doubting myself and making decisions, became more confident in me and more open in the company.
