eye opening book! must read
we live in a world full of conditioning and where unhealthy self esteem and lifestyle has become a normal. this book reveals ways you can be authentic and be kind to you and others. very well recommended. I love this author. he has become a favorite. he tells stories that personal to him which helps you feel more connection. keep it up!

I’ve been searching for a book that discussed the core of why we become so tough on ourselves, and I think there’s good information with critical analysis. There are actionable tools to notice destructive behavior as it’s happening and change it.

Amazing book, amazing narrator !
I love , love , LOVE this book and its notions are helping me so much in my daily life , so I highly recommend finishing it .
The “trick” ( if you want to call it that ) with this book is that it APPEARS to be your typical and bland content for the first chapter or two , but do not , and I repeat NOT be deceived .
If you can master the art of discipline for 2 chapters only , your mind will be literally begging you not to turn this off .
I hope Dr Aziz writes more books , and I truly would be pouncing on them as quick as a cat on a prey.
