A great listen with valuable tips and lifestyle advise to maintain heart health. My goal is to live to see my grandchildren. As a 56 year old single mother of a 15 year old teenager

Some of the medical lessons are hard to listen to and some scary. Then after Dr. Chauncey schools you on medical causes he then pivots to teach you how to permanently make a difference in your life. All Good Stuff.

Great info / too much advertisement for big pharma
Book is nice , resourceful but felt many times it was written for the purpose of advertising for big pharma , too much push for using damaging pharmaceuticals( and other dangerous medical procedures ) , like f.ex. statins statins statins , on and on , so miraculous for human health , but does the doctor really believe they are harmless ? Don’t know , I would prefer more info of healthy heart life style than long essay about pharmaceuticals.
