Changed My Life!
I have been eating healthy (plant based) and doing yoga for many years trying to feel better. UnDo it! seemed to put all the pieces together for me. Anne approaches your feelings and your body in the most intuitive and loving way. The other day, before going into a stressful situation, my husband and I listened to chapter 7 again, to make sure we were in a successful (loving) mind set. Thank you Anne and Dean!

Very Insightful
A must-read if you want to help yourself navigate through the traditional healthcare system that doesn't treat the person, only body parts. This book will help you become your own best advocate.
What you eat affects every aspect of your health. Unfortunately, most doctors don't know this. Just look at stage III & IV cancer patients' social media; most are still eating fatty and sugary food. Obviously their doctors aren't prescribing a plant based (cancer inhibiting) diet. Why?

Better as a book than audiobook
I like the content of this audiobook however I felt this information isn’t new. Eat a plant based diet and take care of yourself.
However there is a lot of background information that proves why eating plant based diet is better for you.
Since it has a lot of technical info, which I liked, I felt it would be easier to read than listen to. They reference info in the pdf but it’s not in chronological with the chapters and that makes it hard to follow.

Stick with your medical science Dr Ornish
Dr Ornish’s medical science is right on. I am living proof that lifestyle change works. Sadly, he diminishes his book by buying into global warming and stains his credibility by promoting it. Climate does change Dr. Ornish. It always has and it always will. You show me a scientist who claims mankind is changing the climate and I can find one that claims we are not and cannot. Please stick with the medical science you are an expert on. You’re medical and lifestyle material are fantastic, although this book gets a little too touchy/feely for me. I assume, however, it is needed for some people.
